If you have a cordless drill with a clutch and torque setting feature, you can get an efficient rivet nut gun. The rugged plastic box storage can be held in the hand comfortably. We are currently testing more mandrels of other sizes.

For confined space thread creation, we have a great solution. The user manual provides instructions on setting the proper torque. First, test the force before working on the workpiece, and then engage the clutch to protect against thread stripping.

To set the nuts, you should tighten the right screw to compress the nuts and then loosen the left screw to withdraw the mandrels. For nose removal, turn it counterclockwise to take it off, and clockwise to put it back on. To remove the cover, turn it clockwise to take it off, and counterclockwise to put it back on.

There are several ways to work with the rivet nut setter. A ratchet spanner is the best choice for small-size nut setting, providing more reliable tightness control and saving the cost of purchasing electric tools. A cordless drill is faster and more labor-saving for nut setting, suitable for all kinds of rivet nuts. A cordless screwdriver with a 1/4" hex connector can be used to connect for hard and big nuts, without twisting force on the holding hand.
