Mastering Mandrel Installation

1. Press down the internal sleeve and screw in the mandrel.
2. Release the internal sleeve to let it cover the mandrel.
3. Screw in the nosepiece of the mandrel.
4. You're ready to start the riveting work.

Helpful Reminders

1. The step drill bit is suitable for workpiece thickness below 3.5mm.
2. Select and install the right mandrel for your project. It's recommended to practice on some rivnuts in the air to get a feel for the required pressure and depth.
3. The riveter stroke can be adjusted by loosening the adjusting nut for larger rivnuts and turning the outer sleeve clockwise to increase the number of threads on the mandrel protruding beyond the nosepiece.
